aggravation e.g. migraine, herpes, knee effusions, ovulation pain, fibroids,
endometriosis, follicular ovarian cysts, to re-establish the cycle after the
use of oral contraceptives, Menopausal problems, flushing, fluid retention,
excess weight gain, anxiety, depression and nervousness. |

Contraindications: Large doses should be avoided. Not for children,

Caution: Can disrupt the cycle in first two months but improvements usually occur quite
quickly with this herb, but to ensure a lasting benefit it should be continued
for at least six months. Can go on tablets after results. |
