Lower respiratory tract problems, bronchitis, emphysema, pertussis, aspergillosis, coughs, pleurisy, laryngitis, dry coughs, asthma, colds, bronchial catarrh, nervous coughs, whooping cough, flu, sinusitis

Worms (large doses), decreases growth of H. pylori (chronic gastritis, peptic ulcers), candidiasis


Cystitis, enuresis (bedwetting in children), dyspepsia
Enteritis, acute and chronic gastritis, dyspepsia, diarrhoea, colic
Anaemia, Hypotension, poor concentration
Adrenocortical deficiency, increases Qi, fatigue esp. in afternoon from overwork
 
Herbal extract, 15-40mL per week
Energetics: Warming, drying, bitter, pungent, astringent
Meridians: lung, spleen, kidney
Contraindications: Pregnancy. In excessive amounts of Thyme will cause uterine contractions that may cause expulsion of a foetus. It is safe in therapeutic dosages.
